Frozen Chicken Slow Cooker

Ingredients

* Salsa Chicken:

* 2 lbs frozen chicken breasts

* 16-oz jar salsa

* Optional: 1 can black beans, 1 can corn

* Chicken and Vegetable Stew:

* 1.5 lbs frozen chicken (any cut)

* 1 chopped onion

* 2 cloves minced garlic

* 4 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery, peas)

* 4 cups chicken broth

* Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, paprika or curry powder (to taste)

* Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken:

* 2 lbs frozen chicken thighs or drumsticks

* ½ cup honey

* ¼ cup soy sauce

* 2 minced garlic cloves

* Pinch of ginger (optional)

* Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

* Salsa Chicken:

1. Place chicken in slow cooker.

2. Pour salsa over chicken.

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

4. Shred and mix.  Add beans and corn during the last hour (optional).

* Chicken and Vegetable Stew:

1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.

2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

* Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken:

1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.

2. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger (optional).

3. Pour mixture over chicken.

4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours.
